So I was making cheesecake cookies and I managed to get all the flour in my hair.

Oh dear, what happens if people think I’m an old lady?

The sigh of my class schedule for next semester. It’s just… horrifying.

Random Meeting // Blaire

the-maddest:

Matthew stared at the presents lined up on his bed. He planned to hand them out when they all met up later, whenever later was. He sighed, turning away from them and grabbed his wallet off the dresser. Shoving the past Christmas memories to the back of his mind, he decided to go grab some cupcakes.

Most of the time, he’d be moping around whining about how much he hated the holidays like Pascal had been doing earlier on the dash, but when he first joined Walt College he decided it was a time to just forget everything, or try to as best he could. Besides, it wasn’t the actual Christmas holiday he hated, it was the people who visited. He scowled knowing his mom would be alone with Darren for Christmas. Matt rolled his eyes and shook his head. He began to wonder if he was going to do his yearly visit. Smirking, Matt grabbed a cupcake from the table in the cafeteria and muttered “Prick…” Under his breath. He took a seat and began to eat the cupcake viciously, getting icing on his face in the process and weird stares from freshies.

He remembered one year when his dad dropped in and took him to the circus. On Christmas, of course Matt didn’t mind because he was only eight and the circus seemed like Heaven in a hat. Of course after his father had left him there for two hours before realizing he’d forgotten him.

Finishing his cupcake and throwing away his trash, Matt decided to walk to the courtyard. He sat down on a bench and decided to lurk on the internet using his phone, having nothing better to do.

It was only the day after Christmas, and Blaire was already back on campus.  She made her visit to her aunts’ house quite short.  It wasn’t that she didn’t care for them, but there was something about being on campus that was, well, magical.  From the moment she first “discovered”  Walt College, it completely intoxicated her.  Therefore, she let herself enjoy the comfort of home during the Christmas Holiday, and drove back to campus that morning.

Blaire had managed to bake several batches of peanut butter and chocolate muffins while she was at home.  She actually was pretty proud of herself, mostly because she hardly made a mess.  She munched on a few, delighted that they tasted even better than they looked.  The thought occured to her to pass them around to some students.  She had hardly made any friends since coming to school; maybe it could act as a piece of bribery?  Maybe?  At least opening up a conversation.  She smirked when she saw a boy sitting on a bench in the main courtyard.  She walked up to him, flashing her toothy grin.  ”Hello there, would you like a muffin?”
